What is spiritual hypnosis? That’s a good question!
Spiritual hypnosis is much more than just a journey into past lives. It is a profound journey of discovery that helps you explore hidden layers of your being and find answers to questions that may have been with you for a long time.
Spiritual hypnosis vs. past life regression
Many people think of spiritual hypnosis as past life regression. But that is only a small part of it. Spiritual hypnosis is not just about exploring past lives, but also other fascinating dimensions of your soul.

The basic process of a spiritual hypnosis session
The process of a spiritual hypnosis session is similar to a “normal” hypnosis session, with one key difference: instead of focusing on specific issues or blockages, we explore deeper spiritual levels. This includes your soul guide, past lives, the bardo stage (in-between life) and much more.
How does a spiritual hypnosis session work?
- preliminary talk: We clarify all important questions and discuss what you would like to take away from the session.
- induction: I gently guide you into a deep state of relaxation.
- deepening: We deepen the state so that you can fully engage in the journey.
- Spiritual exploration: This is where the adventure begins. We explore your childhood memories, the womb, your past lives and much more.
- exduction: At the end, I gently bring you back to the here and now.
First session:
1. Preparation
Before we start, you will receive all the important information in the client area. You can prepare yourself in peace and go through everything at your own pace.
2. Preliminary talk
We discuss the most important points again so that we can start the session in a clear and focused way.
3. Childhood memories
We start with one or two positive childhood memories. These help you to relax and prepare for the journey into the womb.
4. The womb
Here we explore when your soul connected with the embryo. You often receive important answers to questions that concern you at this stage.
5. Your soul guide
Your soul guide is your personal companion. Not only during hypnosis, but also in everyday life. He decides what is most important and meaningful for you in this session. You can trust him completely, because he knows what you can and cannot cope with.
6. Past life 2-3 with 2-4 scenes
Together with your soul guide, we travel to 2-3 past lives with approx. 2-4 scenes each. We explore who you were, where you lived and what you experienced. These insights can help you to better understand current challenges.
7. Follow-up discussion
At the end of the session, we discuss what you have experienced. As a hypnotist, I do not hear everything, so it is important to recapitulate the most important impressions. This way we can gain further insights together.
Second session:
1. Follow-up discussion to the first session
If you still have questions or issues that we should discuss, we will make time for this now. This conversation is not a must, but it is often very helpful.
2. A past life with death scene
In this session we explore a past life and go specifically into the death scene. Don’t worry, death is not an end, but a transition. Many find this experience liberating.
3. The Bardo stage (intermediate life)
After death, you enter the Bardo stage, a place of peace and bliss. Here you can recover and meet deceased loved ones who often come to collect you.
4. Ask life questions
Now is the perfect time to ask your life questions. These can be presented to either your soul guide or the Council of the Wise.
5. Further activities
Depending on what is important and meaningful to you, we can explore further spiritual levels. The possibilities are varied and individual.
6. Follow-up discussion
As in the first session, we will discuss what you have experienced at the end. This allows us to consolidate the insights and help you to integrate them into your daily life.

Long: Activities spiritual hypnosis
1. positive childhood memories
We start with a journey into one or two positive childhood memories. This is not about memories that you can consciously recall, but about deeply buried, happy moments that may have lain dormant in your subconscious for a long time.
In these memories, we explore what made you so happy back then: Where were you? Who was with you? What did you feel? You can take this positive feeling with you. And you can call it up again whenever you need it.
2. the womb
After the childhood memories, the journey continues. Back to the womb. Here we explore when your soul connected with the embryo. Did your parents already know you were coming? Were they looking forward to you?
You will gain many deep insights here. What exactly you discover here remains a surprise, because every spiritual hypnosis is as unique as you are.
3. your soul guide
After the womb, we meet your soul guide. Who is he? What is his name? What makes him special? Why does he accompany you?
Your soul guide is always by your side to accompany you. He can give you advice, pointers and sometimes even a little nudge in the right direction. Don’t worry: he always means well with you and often even has a loving sense of humor.
Your soul guide can take many forms. Maybe it’s a human form, or maybe it’s your deceased furry friend accompanying you from the other side, or something else entirely?
4. past lives and their scenes
Your soul guide decides which past lives are relevant for you now. He would never put you in a situation that you cannot cope with.
In these past lives we explore different scenes: Who were you? Where did you live? What did you experience? Sometimes you even learn names, places or dates. This journey can help you to understand deep connections in your present life.
5. The death scene
Yes, we also deal with death. But don’t worry, you’ve already experienced it once (or more). If this were your first incarnation, there would be no previous lives. But that is pretty much impossible, because one sign that you have already lived is that you are interested in previous lives.
The death scene is often liberating and comforting. It shows you that things go on after physical death and that you are never alone. Your soul guide, guardian angels and even deceased family members and pets are always with you, even if you don’t always feel it.
6. The bardo (intermediate life)
After death, you enter the bardo, the intermediate life. This is where your soul rests before deciding on a new incarnation.
In the bardo you can ask life questions and receive answers that will help you in your present life.
7. Life questions and messages
Each of us carries life questions within us. Questions that occupy us again and again. During spiritual hypnosis, these questions can often answer themselves.
Your spiritual guide or the Council of the Wise usually has one or more messages for you. Sometimes even for me. 😉
8. The Council of the Wise
Not everyone is allowed to appear before the Council of the Wise. Whether you are invited depends on what is meaningful and important to you at the time.
You will often gain valuable insights there that will help you to see your path more clearly. If you do not appear before the council, your spiritual guide will give you the information you need. Both are equally valuable.
9. your soul family
Have you ever met someone and thought, “You look so familiar”? Perhaps you already knew this soul in a previous life.
During hypnosis you can find out whether this person belongs to your soul family or soul cluster. Or you may recognize someone from your current life in a previous life.
10. The library
More information awaits you in the library. What exactly you discover there will be revealed during the session.
11. The Life Choice Room
After death, you do not incarnate again immediately. Instead, you first recover and then you can plan your next adventure with your soul guide (and sometimes the Council of the Wise) in the Life Choice Room. You usually have several options to choose from.
12. Other worlds and possibilities
Sometimes hypnosis shows that you have not only lived on Earth, but also on other planets. Earth is the place where we learn and grow fastest as souls.
You may also discover that you have lived in a sunken land that no longer exists.
The possibilities are endless, but your soul guide will only show you what is right and important for you now.

What is the difference between a spiritual hypnosis and a classical regression in past lives?
In contrast to regression, spiritual hypnosis often goes much deeper and further. With spiritual hypnosis, we normaly don’t just explore a few past lives, as is usually the case with classic regression, but we can also explore other things. For example, we can meet your spiritual guide, you can ask your life questions (questions that you have always wanted to have answered but have not yet found an answer to), look into 2-4 past lives and much much more.
Is it possible to prove whether it really happened the way I experienced it in spiritual hypnosis?
Yes and no. Some things have already been proven, as there are records of them, for example. Other things are so far in the past that it can be difficult to find evidence for them.
I can only tell you that I have already experienced some very impressive things myself and have been able to prove some of them. You can find one of these examples on the page about the spiritual journey.
(My colleagues have also told me very impressive things that they have experienced themselves. During my training there were also some things that could not have been a coincidence, as different people reported the same / very similar things. And all of this was completely independent of each other and without the possibility of external influence).
Furthermore, there has already been scientific research into this. E.g. at the University of Virginia. There are also books about it by authors such as Dr. Michael Newton.
Perhaps you’ve also heard the saying: “A child’s mouth speaks truth”. You can also do some research on this topic. You will always come across reports from parents who are amazed at how accurately their child talks about a past life. In most cases, the parents followed up and found out more about the child’s past.
Can I also have my session on site?
Yes, this option is available. When booking, you can choose whether you would like to have your session on site ( in Warmensteinach ) or online via Zoom.
Please note that an appointment on site (in Warmensteinach) is only possible after an initial meeting (via Zoom) or after an initial session (via Zoom).
This is for my safety and is NOT negotiable!
In addition, an on-site session cannot be guaranteed, as this is partly weather-dependent.
What is the purpose of the preliminary talk?
- Clarify your open questions (it’s best to write them down so that everything is thought of)
- See together if, and if so, how I can best help you
- Get to know each other (is the chemistry between us right, also in relation to your child, if I am going to work with him / her)
- Recommendations on how to proceed if I am not the right person for you / your child / your animal
I work during your office hours… Can I schedule an appointment outside of your office hours?
No!
I understand that you work. However, I ask you to understand that I work too. And specifically during the hours I’ve listed or that are available for booking. You can’t very well tell a restaurant, “They’re not open in the morning, and I work in the afternoon and evening, so I’d like to come eat there at 3 a.m.”
How is it still possible for you to make an appointment with me? I also work on Saturdays. Many people have the day off then and can make the appointment. I also often work on holidays (when many people are off) and during school breaks. If that doesn’t work for you either, then you’d have to, for example, swap shifts, take time off, or use overtime to make it work.
By the way, I advise against scheduling an appointment during your (lunch) break. For one thing, the (lunch) break is meant for you to relax and have something to eat. For another, it puts pressure on both of us to ensure you’re back at work on time. That way, you can’t fully focus on yourself because you’re always keeping one eye on the clock. Plus, change processes can be exhausting, which is why it’s not advisable to work afterward.
Why don't you offer individual sessions?
I offer individual sessions, but only upon request.
Experience has shown that many people are looking for a quick “miracle” and think they can achieve all their goals with just one session. To counter this and to keep things clear, individual sessions can only be booked upon request and (with possible exceptions) only after a package has been booked.

Will anyone notice if I book an appointment with you?
No, nobody will find out. Unless you tell someone else yourself.
Do you have a duty of confidentiality?
Everything you entrust to me remains between us, unless we agree otherwise and / or there is a risk to yourself or others.
If I work with your child, they can decide for themselves what they want to tell you about our appointment and what not. If there are issues that are of concern in relation to his / her health, for example, I would of course tell you.
However, I reserve the right to discuss this anonymously and with as few details as possible (e.g., during supervision, in conversations with colleagues, etc.). You may object to this at any time.
Does the health insurance / insurance company cover the costs?
No, health insurance companies usually do not cover the costs. Neither do private insurance companies and / or supplementary insurance, as I do not have a healing license and am not affiliated with the health insurance system.

How does it work with packages?
- Packages are generally non-transferable to third parties.
- There are no partial refunds.
- The sessions included in the package must be used within 9 months (or within 18 months for longer-term support); otherwise, they expire.
- The fee is due before the first session and must be paid privately.
How long before the session can I cancel?
Up to 7 days before appointment (with possible exceptions)
Is there anything I need to bear in mind when booking?
Yes.
Please make sure that you enter your details correctly.
After successfully booking, click on Done. This is the only way to receive the password for the client area.
For the surrogate work (Animal Transformation and Paws in the Quantum Field), please select dates that are directly consecutive.
In other words, animal communication on Tuesday / Friday and the first surrogate session on Wednesday / Saturday, so that the animal communication takes place one day before the surrogate work.
You can then book the second representative work as usual in 2 / 3 – 6 weeks.
For Animal Transformation, please book the second surrogate session after 3 – 6 weeks, and for Paws in the Quantum Field, please book after 2 – 4 weeks.
When booking animal communication, please make sure to select the type of information transfer you would like. Audio recording (post-recorded), written transcript, or in person via Zoom.
If you want to book a service involving animals, you must select a method of providing information. Otherwise, you will not be able to complete the booking process.
I'm stuck in the booking process… What should I do now?
There are two reasons why you’re having trouble proceeding in the booking system.
1: You haven’t filled out a required field. Please fill it out, and you should be able to continue.
2: You are booking a service that involves a treatment for an animal, e.g., animal healing, paw energy work, animal communication, etc. In this case, you must select a method of information transmission. Once you have done this, you should normally be able to proceed.

How do I get to the client area and what can I expect there?
Depending on the service you have booked, you can select the appropriate client area. For example, there is a different client area for child hypnosis than for spiritual hypnosis. The client areas are each tailored to the corresponding service.
In the client portal, you’ll find all the important information you need for your session. The documents are also stored there; please fill them out and email them back to me. Everything else is described in the client area. If you still have a question, please write it down so you can ask me before the session. If it’s a question that can’t wait (e.g., regarding the documents), please send me an email.
Where do I get the password from for the client area?
You will receive the password for the respective client area after you have clicked on “Done” when booking your appointment and in the automatic confirmation email from my booking system.
