Simpson Protocol Process

Short:

  • The more you think about everything, the worse the session becomes
  • It’s about feeling and not thinking
  • The basic procedure is the same as for a “normal” hypnosis session
  • Nevertheless, there are a few differences (adaptations e.g. to the Simpson Protocol)

Preliminary talk:

  • Normal, as usual
  • With “adapted” addition (but this is also the case with the different techniques in “normal” hypnosis)

Induction:

  • Normal, as usual
  • Exception: Follow-up session -> code words (from the first session, if the superconscious has allowed the code words to be programmed in)

Deepening:

  • Normal, as usual
  • Exception: follow-up session (code words)

Work:

  • Simpson Protocol Process
  • Parking the consciousness in a nice place
  • “Handing over” the arm / hand to the superconscious (you are still in control, you just get a nice little extra support)
  • Installation of the finger signals (one finger is for yes and one is for no -> the superconscious determines which one is which)
  • Second session: this part is already done, so we skip the parking of the consciousness, the installation process of the finger signals etc.
  • Actual work (working on the goal)

Exduction:

  • Normal, as usual
  • Mostly emergence from hypnosis by “instruction” to emerge yourself

Long:

The Simpson Protocol: Feeling instead of thinking

The Simpson Protocol follows a simple rule: the less you think, the better the session will be. It is not about logic or reason, but about feeling and allowing. The process is similar to a “normal” hypnosis session.

The Simpson Protocol process

1. preliminary talk

The preliminary talk proceeds as usual: we clarify your goal for the session. You can ask any open questions about hypnosis and then we go straight into the introduction.

2. introduction

The induction is the same as in classic hypnosis. Special feature: Code words are used in follow-up sessions. These are programmed into the superconscious mind during the first session.
(Exception: code words are often not necessary for children. You can find out why this is the case in children’s hypnosis).

3. deepening

After the introduction, we deepen the hypnotic state. The code words also play a role here: if they were activated in the introduction, the deepening is often already automatically included.

4. The actual work

Now the heart of the Simpson Protocol begins:

1. parking your consciousness: Your consciousness is sent to a nice place where it can relax and observe what is happening without intervening. Think of it like a cozy evening watching TV: You enjoy the movie without being able to influence it.
2. install finger signs: Your superconscious takes control of your hand. One finger stands for yes, another for no. (Your superconscious decides which fingers these are.)
3. ask questions: I ask your superconscious mind questions that it answers with yes or no. This is how we work specifically on your goal.

In follow-up sessions, we can skip the finger sign installation process, as the finger signs are already installed.

5. release

There are two ways to lead out:

1. classic: I guide you out of hypnosis step by step.
2. individual: your superconscious brings you back at your own pace. Many clients find this more pleasant and natural, which is why I also prefer this type of release.

Book a preliminary talk now and we’ll see together how I can support you. I look forward to accompanying you! 😊
