Regression
Short:
To understand the writing here I would suggest that you read the text in the long version.
- Search for the ISE (Initial Sensitising Event) so the trigger
- ISE usually occurs in early childhood
- -> “But I had a nice childhood, there was nothing…!” =>ISE can be something quite banal
- ISE occurs when the young child’s subconscious evaluates a situation “incorrectly”
- SSEs (secondary sensitising events) occur when a similar event is stored incorrectly “on top” of the first incorrectly stored event
- Comparable to dandelions, which are only mowed over until they are pulled out by the root
- Three checks are carried out to ensure that it really is the ISE
- Since our brain cannot really distinguish whether something is real or if it is happening during hypnosis, the ISE can be re-evaluated during a session and is thus neutralised
- -> But I can’t remember my childhood… => You don’t have to, your brain or your subconscious has recorded everything and with remembrance work we can get there
- During the session: Spontaneous answers
- Logic = mind -> The consciousness has no plan, otherwise you wouldn’t have the problem
- What if the cause is not in my childhood after all, but perhaps in a previous life or i slide into a previous live? -> No problem, I am also trained in spiritual hypnosis, so I know how to deal with it
Long:
In regression, we look for the ISE (Initial Sensitizing Event), i.e. the trigger (the seed that gave rise to the “problem tree”). ISEs usually occur in early childhood (with exceptions). Many would now argue that they had a good childhood and that nothing happened there. As children do not yet have a pronounced critical factor, they are not yet able to distinguish (like adults) whether this situation is really that bad or not. In most cases, the situations (viewed as an adult) are not as bad as they were perceived at the time. The ISE therefore arises because the young child has assessed a situation “incorrectly” (with the level of knowledge at the time, it was perhaps the “right” decision to assess and store the situation in this way).
An SSE (secondary sensitizing event) occurs when a similar situation (or sometimes a completely different situation, but which is connected to the original) is stored incorrectly again “on top”. This happens because of the first incorrect storage. An SSE is comparable to watering the “problem tree”.
The whole thing is also comparable to dandelions, which are only ever cut down until they are pulled out by the root.
Since our brain or subconscious cannot really distinguish whether something is happening in reality or during hypnosis, the ISE can be re-evaluated and thus neutralized during a session. The ISE is not deleted or dissolved, as it is still a part of life. After the ISE has been neutralized, the SSEs should no longer have any influence. If they do, they will also be neutralized.
During the session: Spontaneous answers. If I ask you what color the sky is and you say green, that is the correct answer. If you were to approach the matter logically, you would probably answer blue.
Logic = mind -> The consciousness has no plan, otherwise you wouldn’t have the problem.
What if the cause is not in my childhood, but perhaps in a previous life or I am slipping into a past life? -> No problem, I am also trained in spiritual hypnosis, so I know how to deal with it.
