Q&A
General
Everything you entrust to me remains between us, unless we agree otherwise or there is a risk of self-harm. As long as this is not the case, I am bound to confidentiality (always within the framework of the current laws, of course).
You can reach out to me via mail: LarissaLang@magiemitworten.de
Or, if you want to talk to me personally (via Zoom), you are more than welcome to book your personal free preliminary talk, at a time that suits you: book the get to know me meeting
Protected: Client area
In the client area (or in the sub-areas of the client area) you will find all the important information you need for your session. There you will also find the documents that you need to fill in and send back to me, as well as an audio that will allow you to get used to the way I speak during hypnosis (and which you should listen to as often as possible before the session).
You will receive the password for the respective client area after you have clicked on “Done” when booking your appointment. (If you did not do this or do not remember the password, please contact me: LarissaLang@magiemitworten.de )
You get the password, after you click „done“ when you finished booking the appointment.
If you missed it or don’t know it anymore, please do not hesitate to contact me ( LarissaLang@magiemitworten.de ).
Yes and no. I don’t currently give seminars myself, but I do give the Quantum Divine and More (QDAM) seminar together with my colleague Etienne Blinn near me (near Bayreuth).
If you would like to learn quantum work for yourself, you are welcome to register for the next seminar (please write in the note, that you are coming from me so that we can assign you 😉 ): https://www.zhm-kusel.de/seminare-kusel.html
Yes, the seminar is in german, but I am able to translate it for you (if necessary). If you want to learn QDAM but have trouble to fill out the form to sign in, please contact me ( LarissaLang@magiemitworten.de) and I will help you.
Nope!… In fact, I can’t just make you… I can’t “heal” you either. If anyone can do that, it’s you. I can only guide you to do it yourself. You can find out what I mean by that here:

Yes, if:
- You are ready to change
- You want to follow my suggestions for action
- You *don’t* want to carry on as before
- You finally want to lead a free, self-determined and carefree life
- You can concentrate for more than just a few minutes
- You are able to focus on what I am saying
- You believe (or allow yourself to believe) that hypnosis can help you
- You want to work on your goals together with me
- You are not affected by pathological intellectual disability, blindness or deafness
No, if:
- You do not fulfil the points that I just mentioned
First and foremost, you should make sure that the chemistry is right. So if something goes against your values, this will probably also affect the hypnosis, which is why it is / would probably be better to keep looking for someone who fits better.
What can be a good indicator, but doesn’t have to be, is the training and price of the person. So pay attention to whether he or she is cause-orientated or just reads out scripts. If someone only reads out scripts, they will also charge you less than someone who works in a cause-orientated / revealing way. It’s a case of what costs nothing is good for nothing and if you buy cheap, you buy twice.
PS: I was trained to be cause-orientated / revealing 😉 If you don’t want to talk about your concerns, you can of course do that too. This is possible through the Simpson Protocol.
If you are not sure whether the person is right for you, then you usually have the option of arranging a free preliminary talk / informational meeting etc. After that you will probably be able to decide better whether you want to talk to a counsellor. After that, you will probably be able to decide better whether it feels right for you or not.
No, because hypnosis is not spiritual, but a scientifically recognized method. There are even celebrities who use or have used hypnosis. Here are a few of them:
- Adele
- Ben Affleck
- Courteney Cox
- Drew Barrymore
- Matt Damon
- Charlize Theron
- etc.
Okay. Then I have a few questions for you, please answer them spontaneously with yes or no (note or write down how many yeses and noes you have), because you will find the answer below.
Questions:
- Can you sleep at night? Yes or no?
- Did you briefly not know where you were when you fell asleep and / or woke up? Yes or no?
- Do you sometimes daydream? Yes or no?
- Are you sometimes lost in thought? Yes or no?
- Do you sometimes watch movies and feel like you’re in the middle of the action? Yes or no?
- Do you sometimes read for example novels, and feel like you are in the middle of the action? Yes or no?
- Do you sometimes drive your car and after a few minutes no longer know whether you have really followed all the rules of the road and / or missed an exit? Yes or no?
- Can you listen to the other person during a conversation and have a dialog with them? Yes or no?
- At a party in a beer tent or when celebrating, can you concentrate on just one person who is talking to you and block out everything else around you? Yes or no?
How many questions did you answer yes to? If you answered yes to at least one of them (or more), you are most likely hypnotisable. In fact, 80 to 90% of all people are hypnotisable.
But there are also the 10 to 20% who are not hypnotisable. This is usually because they have a pathological reduction in intelligence.
The more intelligent a person is, the better they should (normally) be able to be hypnotised.
No, you don’t have to believe that hypnosis works. You just have to allow it to work. As long as you are able and willing to follow my instructions, hypnosis will work. (Gravity also works or is there even if you don’t believe it.) Hypnosis is a technical process, so you don’t have to believe in it, but it would help the process a lot.
Counter question: Does the butter knife work if it is in the drawer and then taken out to spread butter? Yes, it works… Just like hypnosis. It works when it is used. But if you don’t want the butter knife to work and deliberately try to spread butter with the handle, then it won’t work the way it’s supposed to. It’s the same with hypnosis. If you think that the hypnotist is doing the work for you, then it won’t work. But if you want to achieve your goal, it will most likely work.
Montessori and Hypnosis
The word “sleep” is usually only used for rapid inductions. This is the case because the induction is fast or “has to” be fast. The speed bypasses the critical factor (which is something like a bouncer). The brain is overloaded with the “shock moment” and at the same time with the word “sleep” to such an extent that the critical factor is briefly “distracted” and so you enter the subconscious. The word “sleep” is used because this word is associated with eyes closed, complete relaxation and letting go. (As most people associate hypnosis with relaxation, the word “sleep” works better than, for example, Timbuktu). You can theoretically use any word as long as you have explained and agreed in advance what the trigger word is.
In most cases, the suggestions only need to be taken back during a hypnosis show (or any kind of show hypnosis). People are sometimes willing to do something during a show that they would not necessarily do otherwise. (At least most people don’t. But of course there are always exceptions to the rule…)
When working on a goal, you want to achieve a change, which is why the suggestions are usually not taken back. But this also makes sense, because the change should last. An example of where the suggestions should be “permanently” effective is anchoring. In principle, however, it is advisable to look for someone who works in a cause-oriented way and does not (only) do suggestive work (reading out scripts), as this neutralises the cause.
(If you always just stick a plaster on the wound in hope of improvement, without first removing the impurities, you will probably not be very happy in the long term. The impurities are the cause and only when they are removed the wound can heal).
So, if the suggestion is to remain (intentionally), it will logically not be taken away. If it is forgotten to be taken away during a show, it usually dissolves with the emergence from hypnosis (unless you want it to remain). If it remains in place afterwards (because it was suggested during hypnosis, it is usually not “forgotten” but deliberately not taken away), it dissolves by itself over time (unless there is a reason for it not to be taken away, e.g. anchors).
- Everything coming from outside is no longer really important
- Concentration on the hypnotist and the here and now (what is happening right now)
- Possibly changed feeling -> feeling of lightness (like floating), feeling of heaviness (pleasant pressure on the body, e.g. under water)
- May feel different from session to session and even within a session
- Eyelid fluttering (from top to bottom)
- Eye movements (from left to right)
- More frequent swallowing, due to increased salivation
- Gurgling / rumbling in the stomach
- Altered breathing (deeper breathing, slight moaning -> hypnotic sigh, rapid breathing, regular definite exhalation)
- Moist hands
- Increased flow of tears (without crying)
- (Red) Spots on the skin
- Etc.
You don’t have to see anything during hypnosis. Some people see images and some don’t. This is completely normal and also fine. Hypnosis works even if you can’t see any images.
This is always different. It depends on several factors, e.g.
- which topic is being addressed
- whether there are other topics that trigger or influence the actual topic
- the complexity of the topic
- how long it already exists
- etc.
Sessions usually last between 30 and 210 minutes.
Children’s sessions usually last 20 – 90 minutes.
Montessori and Hypnosis
That depends on many different factors, e.g:
- Which issue is being addressed?
- How long does this problem already exist?
- Whether there are other issues that reinforce the actual issue (you don’t have to consciously know that this is the case or be able to identify it)
- Whether you are really willing to change (or whether you think that I, as a hypnotist, will do a bit of hocus-pocus and your problem will be solved without you having to do anything => this is NOT possible!)
- etc. pp.
I promise you that I will only do as many sessions with you as you need.
How long it takes for your problem to be completely resolved, depends on the factors I just mentioned. In most cases, changes can be clearly seen after the second session. This varies from person to person. If the Simpson Protocol is used, it is possible that a problem that is (partly) causing the problem you came to see me about, will be resolved and you may not notice the change at first. It is best to ask those around you, to give you feedback if they notice changes that you have not yet noticed (as this can sometimes be a gradual process).
It is best not to work on this day (if possible) or only do light work. Take time for yourself before and after the session. For example, go for a walk or do something else that is good for you. It is best to wear comfortable clothes (and if you like to wear make-up, it is best not to wear make-up). Don’t drink alcohol or take drugs. Caffeine can also be a hindrance. Don’t do anything that upsets you (e.g. your taxes or a horror film etc.).
You will also be given everything you need to know in the client area. Please go through this completely before the session so that you are optimally prepared.
Yes, you are allowed to move during hypnosis. You can scratch yourself or sit down differently as long as I can see you (your head and your hands) and hear you.
If you need to go to the toilet during hypnosis, you can simply tell me and you can go to the toilet during hypnosis without any problems.
- Rest (possibly even sleep) and do NOT work (if possible)
- Do not tell anyone about the session at first, as otherwise the success may be impaired. -> For example, if you tell your better half, “Honey, I had a hypnosis session today for xyz and I’m doing very well and already notice a change!”, your better half will reply with “You don’t seriously believe that your problem, which you’ve had for such a long time (for years), will disappear into thin air with a bit of hocus-pocus (hypnosis)…”. This can ruin the success of the session with just one sentence (which doesn’t even have to be meant maliciously).
- Observe what changes you (and your environment etc.) can perceive
- Book a follow-up session (if necessary)
Yes and no. I cannot and will not fundamentally “reprogram” you. But you will become a better version of yourself, if you want to.
Yes, you can drive and attend appointments etc. after hypnosis. However, it is advisable not to do anything after hypnosis, as hypnosis can be exhausting.
Yes and no. It depends on the issue you want to work on. For some issues, it is helpful to go straight to the cause, which root is almost always in childhood. However, I have also learned a technique (Simpson Protocol) where you don’t have to tell me what the problem is. It is enough if you know what the end result should be. The Simpson Protocol also makes it possible that we (usually) don’t necessarily have to look at the problems / issues from your childhood.
- Negative associations are linked to negative feelings, which can be (re)linked during hypnosis
- You change the perceptions and memories of a certain event without distorting them
- This works because the brain cannot distinguish whether something is real or only experienced in hypnosis (this can also be the reason why a horror film cause a problem)
Yes and no. Please NEVER discontinue psychotherapy without consulting your practitioner. Hypnosis can be used to support psychotherapy. Through hypnosis, it is possible that your situation will change in such a way that you no longer need psychotherapy. However, I cannot and must not promise this, of course. Please discuss everything with your therapist beforehand.
If you are undergoing treatment (whether medical, psychological or otherwise, e.g. with an alternative practitioner), please ask them to confirm in written form that it is okay for me to work with you. Please also send this confirmation to me. That way we are both on the safe side.
I do NOT have a healing license and therefore may not and will not work on illnesses listed in the ICD-10 (DSM5). I work EXCLUSIVELY with healthy people and animals.
No, insurance companies do not usually cover hypnosis or quantum work. In individual cases (e.g. through private insurance or supplementary insurance) this may be possible. However, this is only the case for doctors, alternative practitioners and psychological psychotherapists (i.e. for someone with a healing license). Since I do NOT have a healing license, the insurance company unfortunately does not cover the costs.
There is no general answer to this question. It depends on several factors. For example, what disability is it, how does it affect the person? Is the disability cognitive or physical? Or both? How long has it existed and how severe is it? etc.
Hypnosis is more likely to be possible with a physical disability than with a cognitive impairment. If the person “only” sits in a wheelchair because he or she cannot walk, for example, but has no other limitations, there is usually nothing to prevent hypnosis (except perhaps the accessibility of the practice).
In the case of a cognitive disability, however, the situation is usually different. In this case, it also depends on the limitation etc. As long as the person is able to follow the hypnotist’s instructions and suggestions for action, there is usually nothing to prevent hypnosis.
However, it is always a case-by-case decision (even for people without disabilities) whether and if so, to what extent hypnosis can take place and whether it makes sense.
Furthermore, not every hypnotist has the confidence to work with someone who has a disability. This is not necessarily due to the competence of the hypnotist, but perhaps due to a lack of background knowledge about the disability in question or a lack of a healing license.
Yes, it is indeed possible to do hypnosis without speaking. (No, I don’t mean using sign language or anything like that) Hypnosis without speaking is called mesmerism. (Named after Franz Anton Mesmer) Hypnosis is induced by certain touches and / or special breathing.
Yes, hypnosis is in principle possible with pregnant women.
Through the Foundational Birthing (Simpson Protocol program) I have learned how and, above all, what you can and cannot do with pregnant women.
The FB (Foundational Birthing) program is designed for birth preparation. It is important to note that birth preparation can / should take place alongside and in support of medical care.
If, as a pregnant woman, you want to solve a problem that already existed before the pregnancy (or that arose during the pregnancy but is not directly related to the pregnancy or birth, for example), I would advise you to wait until after the birth. There are several reasons for this. But it would be too much to list them here briefly.
es and no. If you scream really loudly, animals go into a state of shock. This is only partly “comparable” to a hypnotic trance. Just because animals cannot be hypnotized directly that does not mean that hypnosis cannot be used to improve their condition. This is done using surrogate hypnosis with the Simpson protocol .
Surrogate work for an animal
Yes, they do exist. And they are here:
Demos hypnosis
No, with the Simpson Protocol your fingers do NOT have to move “as if it is magic”. Some feel a tingling sensation in the finger that provides the answer to the question, some simply know which finger is the right one (and consciously lift the finger) and others have nothing of the sort. That’s perfectly fine and normal. The important thing is that you let yourself go with the flow of the process and the session and that you trust it. If your fingers move „automatically”, that’s great, but it’s not a must. (Children may also move a foot for the yes answer or verbally say the answer). Swapping fingers is also possible. However, the above is the exception rather than the rule.
Simpson Protocol Certified Practitioner (SP CP) is an additional qualification that can be achieved by doing extra advanced training with the SP and proving that you have mastered the SP, can apply it correctly and act in the best interests of the client, etc.
Simpson Protocol users have “only” completed the Simpson Protocol training.
PS: I am an SP CP 😉
I cannot give a general answer to this (without having more detailed information). It is always a case-by-case decision.
However, children are normally suitable for hypnosis.
However, if your child is still very young (under 5 years old), I recommend that you as parents start with yourselves and begin to address your issues. In most cases, this will also solve your child’s problem. This happens because children mirror us. This is also the case with animals.
It is also possible for you to make yourself available as a surrogate and virtually take over the hypnosis for your child. However, direct work is usually the better option.
You can find more information about surrogate work here:
Surrogate work
In principle, there is no reason why you shouldn’t be present during the hypnosis.
However, I can tell you from experience that it usually makes the most sense for your child to be alone with me. This is because you may be part of the problem and your child may not dare to talk openly about their concerns (e.g. for fear of consequences) if you are present.
However, you are welcome to be there at the beginning and at the end, that’s no problem at all.
So it’s best if you’re only there at the beginning and end, but if that’s not possible at all (e.g. due to a language barrier or because your child doesn’t allow it at the moment), you can also stay.
Yes and no. In most cases, it makes sense to work directly with the child. This is done in a child-friendly way with fun and games, so that the child usually doesn’t even realize that they are working on their challenges. However, there is also the possibility that the child’s problem will change if you as parents start with your own issues and fix them. The whole thing is called mirroring and is also done by animals.
For example, if your child is still very young (under approx. 5 years old -> but this depends on the child’s development), it is actually smartest if the hypnosis is done via you as mom / dad (etc.). This is called surrogate work. You can find more details here:
Surrogate work
That’s not so easy to answer. However, I can imagine that many coaches don’t work with children because they don’t behave like adults. This means that children often don’t stay in their chairs, open their eyes in between sessions or don’t want to close them in the first place, etc. Another reason is the possible lack of training or expertise in how to perform hypnosis with children (there are a few differences compared to hypnosis with an adult). It could also be that some simply don’t have the confidence to work with children or simply put it off (for a variety of reasons).
In contrast to regression, spiritual hypnosis goes much deeper and further. With spiritual hypnosis, we don’t just explore a few past lives, as is usually the case with classic regression, but we can also explore other things. For example, we can meet your spirit guide, you can ask your life questions (questions that you have always wanted to have answered but have not yet found an answer to), of course look into 2-4 past lives and much much more.
You can find out here what you can do during spiritual hypnosis:
Activities spiritual hypnosis
Yes and no. Some things have already been proven, as there are records of them, for example. Other things are so far in the past that it can be difficult to find evidence for them.
I can only tell you that I have already experienced some very impressive things myself and have been able to prove some of them. You can find one of these examples on the page about the spiritual journey.
(My colleagues have also told me very impressive things that they have experienced themselves. During my training there were also some things that could not have been a coincidence, as different people reported the same / very similar things. And all of this independently of each other and without the possibility of outside influence).
No. If you had to be resuscitated (revived) in a previous life, for example, but this was unsuccessful, you or your soul probably did not feel any pain, as the soul usually leaves the body beforehand.
This depends on several factors. But usually between 30 – 120 minutes.
You can’t say that across the board. It also depends on several factors (as with hypnosis). I promise you that I will not do more sessions with you than necessary.
The answer is not generally this or that. Both can be used. It depends on many factors whether I speak the command out loud or not. Mostly I do it instinctively. So if my feeling says to me that I should give the command verbally, I will do that. If my intuition says that I should not speak the command out loud, I will do that.

This also depends. (Most of the times I prefer it, when I touch the person, because then I could catch them if they were about to fall).

No, I don’t sit opposite the animal and bark at it and it barks back (if it’s a dog, for example).
Apart from that, I imagine it is somehow very complicated to communicate with a giraffe or an earthworm, for example, in this way. Firstly, because I’m not as tall as a giraffe (and I don’t think climbing a ladder is such a good idea either) and secondly, I don’t even know what sounds / noises an earthworm makes, for example.
Living animal
Yes, I can. You simply write me all your questions (max. 5 per animal communication, otherwise it will be too many) and I will ask them to your animal. Then you will receive the answers from me.
By the way, if you want to ask a question that I don’t want to or can’t ask (ethically, morally etc.) I will tell you and you can then formulate another question 😉
Deceased animal
Yes, animal communication is also possible with animals that have already died.
Missing animal
Unfortunately, I can’t give you a generalised answer / promise. However, the chances are usually very good that I will be able to find out whether your pet is well and possibly also where it is at the moment. However, there is much more to animal communication with missing animals than just clarifying these two questions.
No. Every animal communication (just like hypnosis or quantum work, for example) is very individual. Apart from that, you would only see me sitting there with the photo of the animal, the questions and a writing utensil and writing.
No, I’m not sitting in a room covered in incense smoke and I’m not wearing a white robe. Nor am I performing a dance or making any mystical sounds.
I also don’t sit opposite the animal and bark at it and it barks back (if it’s a dog, for example).
