Children’s hypnosis: help for the little ones

Thanks to my children’s hypnosis training, I can help even the youngest children (from around 5 years of age; online from pre-school / elementary school) to overcome their worries, problems or fears.
Hypnosis is particularly effective at a young age because children are still very open and receptive. The best thing is that problems are not carried over into the future. This prevents them from leading to further challenges later on. Even for the very youngest, there are opportunities for change through  surrogate work. 

Every child is unique

Just like adults, every child reacts differently to hypnosis. Some children may need a little more support than others. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.

The right age for child hypnosis

Age plays a subordinate role in child hypnosis. The decisive factor is the child’s linguistic and mental development.

• Linguistic development: A 3-year-old child cannot yet express itself as precisely as a 5-year-old.
• Mental development: It is important that the child can follow me and understand the instructions.

Some children reach these milestones earlier, others a little later. This is completely normal and often depends on the environment. For example, children with older siblings often learn to speak or walk more quickly.
(If your child takes significantly longer to reach certain milestones, please have this clarified. Sometimes it simply takes more time, but sometimes it can also be something that requires treatment).
