Long:
The advantages of the Simpson protocol are:
Fast:
Compared to e.g. suggestion hypnosis, the Simpson Protocol is a quick procedure and more sustainable. It usually takes about 2 – 6 sessions (sometimes more or less, depending on several factors). Of course, I cannot promise that the client’s goal will be achieved after x sessions. But most of the time there is a significant change after the first sessions.
Flexibility:
Instead of just reading out a script that is rigidly designed to achieve a goal, as is the case with suggestion hypnosis, the Simpson Protocol is much more flexible. It also allows you to leave the original path for a short time and still achieve your goal.
Efficiency:
As already mentioned, you can take a short detour to see a little more of the landscape before heading straight for your goal. Of course, the destination always remains in view. This small “detour” can, for example, be an intermediate destination that you have to / want to reach first. The same applies here as I have just written about speed.
Holistic approach:
The Simpson Protocol is a method that not only works with the subconscious, but also with the body, mind and soul, as well as the conscious mind. Most other hypnosis methods are limited to just one of these aspects, such as the subconscious.
Less work for the client:
Since the superconscious mind holds the reins for the most part, the client needs to do less work during hypnosis than is the case with suggestive work. In suggestive work, the client must actively cooperate and imagine the suggestions given. These are usually images. However, as not everyone has a visual disposition, most people find it difficult to imagine this. When working with the Simpson Protocol, the client does not need to actively imagine anything.
Less exhausting than „conventional“ techniques:
As just mentioned, nothing needs to be actively imagined with the Simpson Protocol. This means that the client can relax during the process and simply listen to their intuition / gut feeling to answer with their response fingers (yes and no fingers). It is also possible that the client does not have to consciously lift the fingers, but that the fingers move almost automatically. This happens because the superconscious mind responds.
Always the right goal is addressed (which is the most “acute” / most present etc.):
The superconscious is virtually omniscient, which is why it also knows which goal must / should be achieved first on the path of life before moving on to another goal. Sometimes we do not consciously know which goal we should achieve first, which is why we choose a goal that is even further away. Since the superconscious knows that the goal we have consciously set ourselves is further away than the goal we want to reach next on the path, it will choose the latter because it knows that it will be easier for us if we first reach this goal first and then the goal that is further away (without taking detours).
By working with the superconscious, access to all relevant information:
The superconscious is like a huge hard disk that we can access during hypnosis. Without hypnosis we hardly have access to our own hard disk. With (conventional) hypnosis we get access to our own hard disk (our subconscious) and with the help of the Simpson Protocol we also get access to the large hard disk. All relevant information is stored on this hard disk. What information this is for you is always different, just as every person is different. Some people have the same hobbies or similar interests, while others have nothing to do with them. If someone is very spiritual, for example, they will have access to different information than someone who is very scientifically oriented, for example. The superconscious knows this and acts accordingly. Some people cannot relate to xy because of their previous experiences, others may be able to. As this is always individual, every hypnosis is also very individual. You can compare it to a car. Yes, every car is a car. But there are distinctions between electric, diesel or gasoline-powered, with red, green, blue or black paint, with or without a sunroof, and so on. Just as the car has different characteristics, every person has different characteristics. The only thing that is “the same” is that the human car is called a body, and even that is relative. Not every body is the same, not every human experience is the same. Even the same situation can be perceived and stored differently from person to person. Since the superconscious knows all the events that have taken place, it can also respond individually to the solution of the target.
The topic does not have to be said:
Since the superconscious mind, as just mentioned, knows everything, knows all situations and much more, the topic does not have to be said. It is sufficient to know where you want to go, i.e. to know the goal. If you know the goal or have an idea of how you would like to get there, you can work on it. It’s like a car that I want to take on vacation. But before that, you still have to plan the exact route, perhaps check the tire pressure, fill up with new wiper fluid, and so on. So it takes a few more steps before you can go on vacation. But maybe you’re not that familiar with cars, so you’d rather leave these things to the professionals and trust them to do everything that needs to be done to get you to your destination safely and as easily as possible.
No judgment of the client:
As a hypnotist, if I don’t know your issues, I can’t judge them. So, if you want a tire change, I’m not going to start judging how clean the inside of the car is. We’ll work on changing your tires (so the goal would be to have good tires again that you can drive properly), and maybe change the brake rotors first, because the new tires won’t do much good if you can’t brake. So, although your goal is to get new tires, the brake discs are also replaced at the same time, because otherwise they would get in the way of a flawless driving experience.
Tearless procedure:
If someone third party changes your tires and someone instructs them on how to do it, you can sit back and relax (after you’ve taken the car to the shop, paid, brought the tires and expressed the instruction / your desire to change the tires) and not have to have a mental breakdown because it doesn’t work for you. It’s the same with hypnosis. If you have decided to make use of hypnosis (i.e. you have come to the garage), paid for the service, brought your goal with you (i.e. the tires) and expressed your wish, the superconscious (the third person who changes your tires) and I can guide him. Since you are now leaving the work to the professionals, you don’t have to burst into tears again because you haven’t had your tires changed yet again and it reminds you of your first attempts, which also failed.
