Directly in front of the house is space for 2 cars, otherwise park down on the street
Accessibility:
Unfortunately, the practice is not barrier-free.

e.g. winter sports: Ochsenkopf, Mehlmeisel, Bleamlalm and Hempelsberg ski areas
Overnight stay:
There are several accommodations (hotel, guesthouse, vacation apartment) in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance)
Attention: Weather conditions & allergy information
Weather conditions:
- Warmensteinach is at a very high altitude, which is why snow falls very quickly
- The practice premises are located on a mountain, which (despite precautions) can quickly become slippery
- There is a risk of slipping, especially in winter, but also in fall and spring
Allergy information:
- People allergic to animal hair should please not come to the practice, as my practice colleague is a veterinary practitioner and therefore treats animals of all kinds there
- A practice dog and a practice cat also live there (although they are usually not in the room during sessions)
- Of course, the premises are cleaned regularly, but it is  not possible to guarantee that they are free of animal hair.
